AgencyCraze provides executive training, internal efficiency auditing, and business model consulting for companies in the marketing and digital communication services sector. Services are provided on a project or training program basis, as agreed in the commercial proposal.
The client agrees to provide truthful and complete information about their operational structure, budgets, and teams. Any delay or inaccuracy in the data provided may affect the results of the audit or training, and agencycraze is not responsible for decisions based on incomplete information.
Operational profitability analyses and strategic recommendations are based on proven methodologies but do not guarantee specific financial results. AgencyCraze assumes no responsibility for losses arising from the implementation of suggestions, especially if the indicated guidelines are not followed or if the market context changes significantly.
All material delivered during training or consulting (templates, reports, methodologies) is the property of agencycraze and may not be redistributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes outside the scope of the contracted project without written authorization.
The client may cancel the service within the first 7 business days from the signing of the agreement, with a 50% refund of the project value. After that period, no refunds will be made. AgencyCraze reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days' notice, notifying by email to the registered address.
